Last weekend at World of Coffee expo in Amsterdam, our new client Aillio teased a prototype of their new 2kg coffee roaster, designed by Kilo and made specifically with the needs of cafes and coffee shops in mind. The roaster is an innovative solution, disrupting the status quo in the coffee roasting industry with its patented induction technology. It’s automated, meaning a barista with no roasting experience can roast coffee all day long in the cafe without having to watch the machine, freeing them up to do those things that baristas do best: serve customers.
