In early 2015, Carlsberg and packaging company ecoXpac initiated a project to develop a biodegradable, biobased bottle made from sustainably-sourced wood fiber in collaboration with the Innovation Fund Denmark and the Technical University of Denmark. Named the “Green Fiber Bottle”, it will be developed using biodegradable materials, allowing the bottle to degrade in a socially responsible manner. Needless to say, Kilo are proud to be design partners on this forward-thinking project that aims to set new standards for CSR-driven product design.
